Surviving the aftermath is a solid and surprisingly addictive city builder, successfully melding the required management of your own city with the management of outside threats. The post apocalyptic vibes are well done and impressively incorporated into the city elements/city building itself, and the training and recruitment of your own people is a nice addition that fits the structure of the game perfectly. Once you’ve done a single playthrough, you’ll likely have experienced everything this game has to offer, but man is that playthrough great.
