A great psychological horror experience that builds on itself in really disturbing ways without ever being overt with its horror.
The concept of secretly taking over your identical twin’s life after their untimely death is already a fantastic premise, but the game extends it further with twists and turns every step of the way. The Italian countryside is beautiful, too, and living your life during World War 2 away from the war adds another layer of worldbuilding.
Unfortunately, the game does tend to drag and feel a little underwhelming as time goes on, and some of the plot points don’t develop into conclusions as impactful or compelling as I would’ve liked, but I still had a great time immersing myself into this world.
