Christmas Massacre is disturbing, comedic, and fun all at once, having you go through level after level slaughtering low-poly groups of people in an arcade-manhunt fashion. The story beats in-between levels provide hilarious and disturbing interactions with a talking Christmas tree, while also delving into Larry’s deteriorating and demented psyche. The actual gameplay is fast paced and engaging, requiring both skill and strategy to master. Christmas Massacre is a good time the whole way through, even if there isn’t much depth beyond what you see.
