The Walking Dead: A New Frontier

A New Frontier is the weakest entry in Telltale’s walking dead series, failing to reach the heights of emotional storytelling its predecessors achieved. With that being said, it’s still a pretty good time. Javier is a well written protagonist, and his relationship with his brother in particular was well developed. The action is fun, and the story direction occasionally shocking. I didn’t love the direction they went with in regards to Clementine’s character, or the way they chose to wrap up the season 2 choices we made, and a few parts of the game drag a little bit more than I would’ve liked, but overall, it’s a story worth experiencing.

Is It Worth Playing ?

If you enjoy interactive drama and telltale’s formula, definitely.
